Oh my! This easy Chile Rellenos recipe is so GOOD! I served it with my easy homemade salsa.
- 1 1/2 c of Mexican Cheese, shredded
- (2) 7 oz can of green chilis, chopped
- 2 T of flour
- (1) 13 oz of Evaporated Milk
- 4 eggs
Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Layer 1 can of chilis and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat. In blender, combine flour, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour mixture over chilis and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
