Oh my! This easy Chile Rellenos recipe is so GOOD! I served it with my easy homemade salsa.

This EASY chili renello recipe is so good! It's a people pleaser recipe.


  • 1 1/2 c of Mexican Cheese, shredded
  • (2)  7 oz can of green chilis, chopped
  • 2 T of flour
  • (1) 13 oz of Evaporated Milk
  • 4 eggs 


Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Layer 1 can of chilis and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat. In blender, combine flour, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour mixture over chilis and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
