Hippity, hoppity, Easter is on its way!

Now, I know that your kiddos are looking forward to the Easter Bunny hopping down the Bunny Trail like mine are. They are excited about dyeing Easter eggs, going on Easter egg hunts, and seeing what the Easter Bunny is going to bring them in their Easter baskets – all the candy and toys. I know that some of my children’s favorite Easter candy include jelly beans, Peeps, and, of course, a big, chocolate Easter bunny. My family also loves Hershey’s Peanut Butter Eggs and Cadbury Cream Eggs.

Easter Coupons for Kids of All Ages

If you have not already thought of this idea, why not start a new tradition fun for the whole family? In addition to the typical candy, toys, and gifts in your kid‘s Easter basket, try a great alternative and give them Easter coupons this Easter Sunday.

These free printable Easter coupons for kids are a fun (and inexpensive) addition to Easter baskets and make great Easter egg fillers. I love to give my children kid coupons because they reinforce the value of time and attention over material things. I’ve created several coupons that are already filled in with ideas. Younger kids love the coupons that give them control (e.g. pick out the family meal or dessert). I also created blank Easter coupons so you can fill in your own prizes. Same cute design and festive colors, but YOU choose what your children can redeem them for.

Get yourself some colorful plastic Easter eggs and place the coupons inside instead of candy.

Be creative with your coupons, with ideas like:

Have a family game night when your kids get to choose the board game or card game
Come up with silly activities for your kiddos
Let them stay up past bedtime on a Friday or Saturday night to watch a movie with the family
