I’m always looking for a quick, but healthy snack or dessert for my gang, and for some reason my kiddos adore having their own little snack cup after school. I’m not sure exactly why it thrills them so, but I’m the cool mama when I serve them each a delicious snack cup. So, when something is so easy, yummy and healthy to boot, then why not meet their request (and maintain my cool mama status).
My children absolutely fell in love with this EASY Peaches and Cream Snack Cup that I whipped together in minutes.
Really! You know me. I’m into quick and easy, and if it’s healthy, too, well…..SCORE!
