How to Make EASY & Quick Roasted Potatoes

My family thinks I am a bit FUN when I make these Quick Roasted Potatoes!

They taste more like home fries to me rather than french fries. 

How to Make EASY & Quick Roasted Potatoes


  • Russet Potatoes, washed and dried
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Ranch Dressing, dry mix (I love the fiesta flavor)
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Carefully slice potatoes 3/4 of the way through the potato with a sharp knife. I cut the potatoes in sort of a slant direction for effects. Drizzle the tops of potatoes with olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle with ranch dressing on top of the oil, add salt and pepper. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serve immediately and dip in ketchup.

I usually wash the potatoes in the morning and let them dry on the counter during the day. These are so easy and quickly roast before you know it. It’s just a little something different that won’t break the bank or take a long time out of your busy day. Clean up is easy with my favorite all-purpose spray.
