I haven’t tried any of the recipes yet. I don’t get out much either…what is the difference between the Instant Pot and the Power XL Pressure Cooker?
I would love to get this cooker. I have a pressure canner and a pressure cooker that I use (will never get rid of because my 42 year old son who went to be with the Lord December 29, 2017 bought them both for me). But I would love to have one that I can cook beans in without bringing out the big guns.
