They are so very rich and divine.
My husband and son are the bakers in our family. My son loves to make these for any event that he needs to take a dessert. He says it impresses the girls. Whatever!
He can make them as long as he saves me at least one bar. That’s the rule!
Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Recipe
- 1 1/2 graham cracker crumbs ( I like to use the honey ones)
- 1 c of butter, melted
- 16 oz of powdered sugar
- 1 c of peanut butter (I like crunchy)
- (2) 12 oz pkgs of butterscotch chips
Mix all ingredients except butterscotch chips in a large bowl, mix well. Press mixture into the bottom of a 13×9 in pan. Melt butterscotch chips on stove or in microwave. Stir until melted. Spread melted chips over bars. Refrigerate and cut into bars when cooled.
I suggest cutting into small squares because they are so wonderful and rich.
