I try to cook with whole foods as much as possible, so I tweak the recipes to meet our needs.

Monday ~ Crock Pot Italian Chicken and swiss chard sauteed with olive oil and fresh garlic

Tuesday ~Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes, turkey bacon, cantaloupe

Wednesday ~ Maple Turkeys Burgers, watermelon, and raw veggies   *My kiddos love these

Thursday ~ pan-seared chicken thighs, green beans, and quinoa

Friday ~ Taco Night
