My gang had no idea that they were gluten-free. I served these gluten-free sausage balls with hard-boiled eggs one evening for supper and they all were thrilled. Next time, I will make my delicious strawberry salsa to go along with this simple meal.

How to Make Gluten Free Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb of ground sausage
  • 1 c of coconut flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • garlic to taste

Mix the sausage, flour, eggs, and garlic in a medium bowl. Form into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Serve warm.

Easy peasy, huh? They don’t taste like coconut either.
