How to Make Gluten Free Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground sausage
  • 1 c of coconut flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • garlic to taste

Directions

Mix the sausage, flour, eggs, and garlic in a medium bowl. Form into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Serve warm.

 Easy peasy, huh? They don’t taste like coconut either.
