They are very simple to provide for open-ended exploration with shapes. Kids can ‘trace’ the shapes with play dough ‘snakes’ or they can fill in the shapes with a solid matching shape.

There is also a small section where kids can trace the words to provide some handwriting practice or build familiarity with letters. Two different versions are included to provide for the different styles of introductory handwriting.
