My second grader much rather pick a book off our shelves than read from his graded reader, so I decided to create a book report form for him to use each day.
However, mean ol’ mommy will still require him to read from his reader one time per week.
You can use this book report form for any book or story from a graded reader. My little ones like to draw the pictures during story time.
