Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Rice!

blessed beyond a doubt affiliate disclosure2This has to be the simplest crock pot chicken and rice recipe in the world.

Seriously, I’m kinda embarrass to post it because it’s a no brainer. All the ingredients are staples in our home, so we have it often especially on Sundays after worship. This feeds my family of 8 and we seldom have leftovers, so you might want to adjust the ingredients to meet your family’s appetite.

It’s a super easy meal to throw together in a rush! I usually just serve it with a green salad.

  9. Can you use regular rice (not instant)?

    • Liberty,

Sure you can, but I think you probably need to cook the rice and then add it in your crock pot. I am not sure if the rice would get hot enough otherwise. Please let me know how it works for you.
