Teaching and mastering all the consonant blend sounds are a must in our homeschool before we move on to more difficult phonic skills. I created these consonant blend charts for my kindergartner who needed some extra practice with his blends.
I colored coated the vowels in case you wanted to cut up into flashcards instead of leaving them as charts. I laminated all the cards and placed them in a silver ring in random order. After he has masters each blend chart, I remove the specific chart from the stack on the ring.

Each day the children will copy and memorize one verse. Drawing a picture will help them meditate on each verse throughout the day. We also will be looking up any unfamiliar vocabulary with the Bible Dictionary.
Your child will have memorized The Sermon on the Mount in 11 days when you have completed this copywork.
Also, we like to read the summary of the passage in The Journey Through the Bible on the first day of the study.
