Apple Pie Smoothie anyone?
This is for the apple pie lover, but doesn’t want to gain the extra 50 lbs during the holidays.
So this is very healthy as long as you don’t include the topping. Of course, if you want to indulge, go for the entire sweetness of the whipped cream and graham crackers.
It’s good either way.
How to Make Apple Pie Smoothie
- 1 c of Almond Milk
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 packets of Stevia
- 1/2 t of cinnamon
- 1/4 t of vanilla
- Handful of ice
- Whipped Cream
- Graham Crackers, crushed
Mix all together in blender and serve immedialy.
I’m a bit of a smoothie nut. I love making up new concoctions like this pumpkin smoothie. Oh yum!
