I have been making these almost homemade garlic cheese biscuits for years.

They are so good and perfect with any Italian dish.

I usually make these cheesy biscuits when we aren’t having Italian. But when it’s Italian night, we double the batch of these almost homemade garlic cheese biscuits because you can’t eat just one. Trust me!

How to Make Almost Homemade Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 4T of butter, melted in microwave
  • 1/2 t of celery seed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz refrigerated biscuits (I use Walmart brand)
  • 4 T of Parmesan Cheese

Direction

Mix melted butter with celery seed and cloves and pour into the bottom of a square pan. Place biscuits on top of butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Place on serving dish and sprinkle with celery seed to make it look pretty.

I double the recipe, so I use a retangular baking pan. I just love how the bottom of the biscuits are crispy with the melted Parmesan cheese on top.

Oh so good!
