There are so many wonderful peppermint oil uses that there would be no way for me to mention all of them without exhausting and overwhelming you.

peppermint oil uses

As we began our essential oil journey, I was a little apprehensive because I just didn’t know what to expect. I was doing a great length of research before making this life changing decision. We started out with the premium kit because it came with 9 oils and we were then able to order additional oils at wholesale prices. The premium kit also came with a diffuser which is an incredible blessing to us. The first essential oil I put in the diffuser was peppermint to clear out our sinuses. I’ve been hooked on Young Living peppermint oil ever since and discovered new ways to implement them into our daily living.

These are our favorite or should I say the most common ways we integrate peppermint oil into our lives.
